Praveen Prajapat belongs to a traditional family of folk artists. Rajasthan born in 2005 Praveen has picked up the skill of Matka Bhawai dance, rim Bhawai dance and Chakka Bhawai dance at very small age. He has learned this traditional dance form from his father Banay Singh Prajapat and Cholelal who are traditional international folk artists. Just like his name he is talented.
Praveen has passed tenth standard from a school in Alwar now he is focusing with his father’s folk group. As a child folk artist Praveen Prajapat has been awarded at various places like - Jashne Bachpan-International Children Theatre Festival held at National School of Drama New Delhi. Praveen has bagged several prestigious awards in Rajasthan and was also appreciated in Rangotsav Festival in Mathura.
He has a bright and colourful future in his traditional folk dance of Rajasthan.
