Amresh works in corporate sector. He always had interest in eco farming and tried to gather knowledge about organic fertilizer for horticulture. During the lockdown period he could not go back to his work in Delhi. At this time he tried his hand in organic form of fertilizer produced from earthworms.

Worm castings are an organic form of fertilizer produced from earthworms. Also known as vermicast, worm castings manure is essentially earthworm waste, otherwise known as worm poo. As these creatures eat through compost, their waste creates an optimal soil enricher.

Amresh Mishra has now formed his own company named as THINK GREEN and have started producing organic fertilizer in his village in Madhubani and is expanding his plant in Faridabad.
