Deukhan Manganiar – International Rajasthani Folk Singer & Group Head of Music Band

Profile of Artist:

Hailing from the Manganiar community, Deukhan was raised by his parents who earned their livelihood through folk singing. The celebrations and festivities in and around Barmer district of Rajasthan was the only training Deukhan ever received, making him an inspiration for many upcoming Folk artistes.

He has bagged many awards at young age like Royal Rajasthan and Vivekananda Award.

Deukhan has completed his graduation and continues to focus on traditional folk music. The voice behind “Dum-A-Dum” is now an inspiration for Folk Artistes of India. Now he leads his own musical band which creates symphony in the desert of Rajasthan.
