Son Singh is an expert in a wrought iron craft work. This aesthetic art form is passed from one generation to the other; as a result Son Singh learnt this craft from his father and grandfather. At the age of 10 Son use to craft few items before he left to school and later again join hands with his father after his school. We could say Son was groomed in this craft when he was a child and gradually he became a skilled craftsman in Bastar and also won the state award.
